Peggle Nights for Mac Review - " First timer playing peggle games and was definitely not disappointed with Peggle Nights. In fact the desire to accomplish and finish game was so tremendous that was hooked in to Peggle Nights for a whole weekend. Peggle Nights is a mixture of pinball and demolish the bricks sorta game. But for Peggle Nights its not bricks is the orange balls. Nerve wrenching moment would be on the last ball to hit in Peggle Nights. If it's a sure hit, then its hallelujah, otherwise killjoy." - Gate Keeper Peggle Nights for Mac Review - " Peggle Nights is as good, and in some ways better than the original Peggle. I love Peggle Nights for a few reasons. First, although Peggle Nights is incredibly simple to play, it does require a bit of forethought and strategy, so Peggle Nights is not totally brainless. Better than the original Peggle. I never quite clicked to the previous Peggle, finding it a bit boring watching the ball bouncing up and down. But Peggle Nights--I don't know what happened-- but it was enthralling. Maybe Peggle Nights is easier? Maybe the special features are helpful, such as wider base that can catch the ball, or hit the green one and the surrounding areas is also knocked out... I am not sure what, but I enjoyed Peggle Nights tremendously. I had 2 very near misses (it is a near miss because even the game thought I was going to hit the last orange ball and the whole slow mo, zoom in and cue the heart attack inducing music was played, TWICE) I think I may have banged on my computer table much too hard. Peggle Nights has drama, it has excitement, and must have a little bit of skill - of at least following the ball, anticipation, projection, everything. The Peggle Nights graphics are cool, the sound great and the game moderately easy, which means for casual gamers, such as me, won't give up that easily. But make no mistake, some levels are challenging, some easier than even the 1st, some frustrating, some would question whether you need anger management but in the end Peggle Nights is pure fun. I became a fan when I played the original.This version takes you back to the Peggle University, and you play against the professors' dream personalities.The mechanics of Peggle Nights are the same as the original, but now there are more score catagories, and an "ace score" you can shoot for with each screen. Peggle Nights also has a statistics screen and Picture gallery included with this version that gives you visuals of your progress and prowess.
