Bistro Boulevard Review - "NOT A DASH GAME - I love that you can decorate your cafe however you wish and take all the time you like doing it. The only thing you have to do is seat the customers. You hire waiters and chefs for everything else. You do train them to do the things you want. Bistro Boulevard is a very relaxing time management game. No clicking frenzy or dashing around. You don't even have color coded chairs. Get new recipes, hire staff, choose uniforms, buy equipment. Have fun decorating and seat those customers, the Bistro Boulevard staff do the rest!" - Tired of Dashing

Bistro Boulevard Review - "Bistro Boulevard is one fun game. Very original and addictive. It's a little bit like Restaurant Empire but much simpler. I'd call it a strategy game rather than a time management game. At the beginning of each restaurant you will open, you hire & develop both chefs and waiters, plan (and discover/unlock) menu items and have to design the floor layout and design. Then when it's time to go "live", it's up to you to make the most of your seating arrangements and choices to fulfill the goals. It may not sound like much but trust me, once you start playing, you will NOT want to quit when the demo time is up. Was well worth buying. A nice surprise. Lots of fun and can be kinda challenging to figure out the recipes. It is fun just to watch your restaurant run. Highly recommended." - BeaufortBattler
