This is completely different then the typical hide & seek / match 3 / time play game. If you want all A+'S in the Wonderful End of the World, you get scored based on how much you eat within a time limit. You may start off in a patch of grass, but you will wind up mowing that grass in a minute if you progress enough. Each world is unique and fascinating.
Downside .... I wish there could be more levels in The Wonderful End of the World. I'd buy the sequel anyway. You can easily get "stuck" and have to waste precious seconds getting out. I put up with this aggrivation until I mastered the control of mouse. I have an A+ on all levels apart from the cafe. I've also been playing The Wonderful End of the World for two days straight.
