You need to: clear the rooms, collect the 'ghost hunter' machine, and clear the house of the ghosts. I already played it out, but that's only because I really really wanted to play out. And I stayed up all night for it. You can play a pretty long time if you want to do it without hints or help. I say Mortimer Beckett and the Secrets of Spooky Manor is worth buying!
