You actually have to prepare and cook the meals yourself and it really brings the player into the reality of the game. It was fun to cook the different recipes and compete in the various cooking contests. On the downside you do seem to need a good pc - however wasn't a problem for me as my laptop has 4 gb of ram and a fast processor. Very good graphics made this game interesting as well.
