"Hidden Expedition: Everest Review - Hidden Expedition: Everest is an excellent find and seek gane, and the objective is to be the first to reach the Everest summit. Oh yes, the race is definitely on! Hidden Expedition: Everest has one of the best incentives I've seen so far, instead of racing to find all of the objects required before a countdown timer runs out, in Hidden Expedition: Everest you are racing against three other teams. In each level of Hidden Expedition: Everest you see your progress on a scale at the bottom, along with the other teams. As the game says, you do not want to be in last place!
You might expect that you will see scene after scene of snowscapes, but no.... As part of the underlying plot of Hidden Expedition: Everest, you have to chase all over the world to find various clues needed to... oh wait, I won't spoil it for you!
One of the 'cool' (pun intended) features of Hidden Expedition: Everest is the ability to unlock a video of real Everest climbers if you finish a level in first place.
The between level puzzles of Hidden Expedition: Everest are some of the hardest I've played, especially some of the jigsaw type puzzles (eg, the map!). There are also games where you need to find 20 objects of a particular type in a level while competing against the other teams. "Hidden Expedition: Everest Review - Seek and ye shall find. Any hidden puzzles always do it for me. Sometimes I get disappointed with seek and find puzzles. I didn't get disappointed with Hidden Expedition: Everest.
I don't compare these kind of games to MCF because it will throw people off. Hidden Expedition: Everest does have the same genre as MCF but this one is somewhat different. In Hidden Expedition: Everest you get a chance to try to beat three other teams and I have to tell you, it's hard. The graphics are great but I can't play this game in the daytime because some of the hidden objects are dark and is hard to find. The only flaw that I have is that. I have to wait till it's a little darker in my room. I can even deal with the sound and the sound effects. Finally a hide and seek game with a challenge of trying to beat other teams.
