"I'm a programmer, I was immediately attracted to Astro Fury! It's graphics are really good! And the target designs are interesting and funny. I never get bored with it! Yeah--it's just like all the rest of these shooter games, but the graphic make this one special. The story is simple: eliminate your enemy throughout 100 levels of stunning space combat. You can upgrade weapons and increase the power of your protective shields. The graphics are teriffic! Great explosions! The sound is way out there and each weapon has its own cool sound. You can use a mouse to play or the keyboard. So its not my usual genre of game, but I have to say its Astronomically good in my opinion. Why? well the backdrop schematics are really well designed and ever changing,the music adds to the drama and tension of play,without distraction. There's a real artillary of power up weapons. The bosses are hideously quirkey - as they should be - and progressing through the game is challenging without being impossible for a mere mortal. I guess for some hardened gamers this may be a little too easy- but for anyone like me who enjoys good graphics and game play, this is a refreshing addition to space shoot ups.
